The "Tunnel" Retrofit

Yes, we can add a thruster to a boat that didn't come with one. We precision-cut the bow, fiberglass in a GRP tunnel, and fair the hull to hydrodynamically perfect standards. It looks factory-installed.

Survey & Mark

We measure the deep-V of your hull to find the optimal tunnel depth. Position is critical: too shallow and it sucks air; too deep and it reduces speed.

Cut & Glass

We cut the tunnel holes and insert the GRP tube. It is structurally bonded to the hull with epoxy resin and layers of fiberglass reinforcement for immense strength.

Fairing

To prevent drag, we create a hydrodynamic "eyebrow" (deflector) at the leading edge of the tunnel using fairing compound, smoothing water flow past the opening.

Rigging

We mount the motor unit inside the vessel, wire the dedicated battery bank, and install the joystick control at your helm station.
