1. Scope of Services
Breeze Marine Boat Service offers a wide range of marine repair, maintenance, and installation services for boats.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% down payment is required for all services before commencement of work. If the total cost of work cannot be evaluated upfront, the customer is required to make a $1,000 deposit. This deposit demonstrates the customer’s commitment to pay for the full service.
3. Late Payment Charges
Invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified on the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, a daily late fee of $100 will be charged, covering storage costs and business destabilization.
4. Additional Charges
The Service Provider will notify the customer of any additional charges not covered in the initial estimate. Major component damage (engine block, engine heads, crankshaft, camshaft) may incur an additional charge of $2,000.
5. Non-Payment and Collections
If the customer fails to make any scheduled payment or the final payment upon completion of services, the boat and its components will remain in the possession of the Service Provider until full payment is received. Legal action may be taken to recover unpaid balances, with the customer responsible for all related costs.
