100-Hour Service & Annual Engine Maintenance
Engine Health.
Secured.
The 100-Hour Service is the most critical maintenance item for your vessel. We follow factory protocols to keep your warranty valid and your engine reliable.
Fluids & Filters
We replace engine oil, oil filters, and fuel separators (Racors) using OEM-specified products to protect internal components from wear and corrosion.
Cooling System
The water pump impeller is your engine's lifeline. We inspect or replace it annually to prevent overheating, especially in saltwater environments.
Drive Train
We drain and refill the lower unit gear lube (outboards) or transmission fluid, inspecting the old fluid for metal shavings or water intrusion.
Factory Standard Protocol.
No shortcuts. Just clean, documented maintenance.
Scan
We connect our diagnostic tool to check engine hours and scan for any stored fault codes before we begin.
Drain
We extract old fluids while the engine is warm to ensure all contaminants are removed from the sump.
Replace
We install new filters, impellers, and zinc anodes, lubricating seals to ensure proper seating.
Test
We run the engine to verify oil pressure, cooling temperature, and check for leaks before signing off.
Ready for the Season.
Peace of mind comes standard.
We Service All Major Brands.
Certified maintenance for the engines you trust.
Common Questions
Do I really need this every year?
Yes. Even if you don't hit 100 hours, engine oil degrades over time and collects moisture. Saltwater impellers can take a "set" and become brittle if left sitting.
Will this void my warranty?
No. We use OEM parts and fluids that meet or exceed factory specifications. We provide detailed receipts to prove maintenance compliance.
