Surface Architecture

Walk on
Water.

Transform your vessel with precision-milled decking. From cool-touch Synthetic Foam to authentic Burmese Teak, we replace worn fiberglass with a surface designed for comfort and grip.

Synthetic Teak (EVA)

The modern standard. Closed-cell PE/EVA foam offers superior non-skid traction (wet or dry) and stays 30% cooler than traditional surfaces. Fully customizable colors and patterns.

Authentic Teak

For the purist. We source Grade-A Burmese Teak for decking and covering boards. Installed using epoxy bedding (no screws) to ensure watertight integrity and timeless luxury.

Digital Templating

No paper patterns. We digitally scan your deck to 1mm accuracy. This ensures perfect reveals around hatches, cleats, and consoles for a factory-level fit.

The Refit Process.

From scan to install.

01

De-Rig & Prep

We remove old hardware and strip the existing surface (carpet/glue). The fiberglass substrate is ground clean to ensure a perfect chemical bond.

02

3D Scanning

We deploy our digital scanner to capture the exact geometry of your deck, accounting for every curve and deck fill.

03

CNC Fabrication

The design is sent to the CNC router. Your floor is precision-cut with your choice of plank width, borders, and custom logos.

04

Installation

We use marine-grade 3M PSA or troweled epoxy to bond the new deck. All hardware is re-bedded with fresh sealant.

Common Questions

Does Synthetic Teak get hot?

Modern EVA foam is designed to be roughly 30% cooler than dark fiberglass or traditional carpets. Light grey and camel colors offer the best heat reflection.

How do I clean it?

It is incredibly low maintenance. Use standard boat soap and a medium stiffness brush. For tough stains (fish blood/wine), it is non-absorbent and washes right off.
