About this service
Breeze Marine Boat Service: Mobile Boat Service for Marinas and Yacht Clubs
Technical care for your boats, at the slip where they are kept.
We do boat repair and service work in Orange County directly where your boat is moored: in Seal Beach, Huntington Harbour and Newport Beach, and in Dana Point and farther harbors on request, with a distance-based trip fee. Our mobile marine mechanics come to the boat, so boats do not have to be moved for routine work or diagnostics. For marinas and yacht clubs, this means repairs and maintenance as a dockside service: we work on boats at their slips, and jobs that need the boat out of the water are done at a boatyard or at our San Pedro shop.
Who it is for
- Marinas and slip managers looking after boats in their slips
- Yacht clubs and their members' vessels
- Companies with several boats that need them ready for use
- Brokers and yacht yards
Scope of Our Mobile Service
A mobile mechanic visit can cover anything from routine maintenance to engine, electrical, fuel and cooling repairs:
Engine repairs
Repairs on outboard and inboard engines, both diesel and gasoline, carried out where the boat is moored when the job allows.
Electrical diagnostics
Diagnostics of the electrical system, starters and alternators.
Fuel, cooling and drive components
Fuel systems, cooling systems, pumps and shifters.
Gelcoat repairs and polishing
Cosmetic gelcoat repairs and polishing of the finish. Structural hull work is referred to a boatyard.
Seasonal inspections and winter protection
Seasonal inspections and protection of the boat for the winter.
Estimates and records
Before any work you get a written estimate for labor, parts and the trip fee, and nothing is done without the owner's OK. Care-plan checkups end with a photo report. For marinas, yacht clubs and brokers, this keeps the work organized, with a record of what was done on every boat.
Boat Care Plans
Boats can be serviced one job at a time, or their owners can join one of our boat care plans for scheduled care. Every plan includes checkups at the boat on a schedule and a photo report after each checkup, and members pay no trip fee on any visit, repairs included. Members also get 10% off parts we install and a discount on repair labor that depends on the plan:
Basic
Scheduled checkups and 10% off repair labor.
Premium
Scheduled checkups and 15% off repair labor.
Pro+
Scheduled checkups and 20% off repair labor.
Contact us to plan work on your boats or to book a mobile boat mechanic. To join a care plan, the owner picks a plan online and pays for a full inspection of the boat, from $1,500 for a boat up to 25 ft with one engine; anything unsafe is fixed first. A plan is not insurance and not a warranty.

Frequently asked questions about our mobile marine service
Where does the mobile service work?
Directly where the boat is moored, in Seal Beach, Huntington Harbour and Newport Beach, so boats do not have to be moved for routine work or diagnostics. Dana Point and farther harbors are on request, with a distance-based trip fee.
What do we receive after each job?
A written estimate before the work and an invoice after it. Care-plan checkups also end with a photo report of the boat, so the owner can see what was found.
How do we request service for several boats?
Share the list of boats, their slip locations and engine types, and describe the work needed. We then plan the visits; each boat owner gets a written estimate and approves the work on their own boat before it starts. Owners who want scheduled care can join a care plan.
