Marine Joinery & Custom Cabinetry
Interior
Craftsmanship.
We specialize in saltwater-grade cabinetry. Whether replacing a water-damaged bulkhead or redesigning a galley, we use solid Teak and marine substrates that withstand the ocean environment.
Custom Galley Refits
Modernize your storage. We convert deep, unusable iceboxes into efficient drawer banks and fabricate custom spice racks, wine storage, and Corian countertop supports.
Veneer Restoration
Is your interior wood milky or peeling? We strip, re-veneer, and re-varnish bulkheads and cabinetry to match your boat’s original 1980s or 90s grain pattern perfectly.
Saltwater Construction
We do not use MDF or Particle Board. We build exclusively with Marine-Grade Plywood (Okoume/Meranti), Coosa Board, and solid Teak, bonded with West System epoxy.
The Build Process.
From shop to ship.
Assessment
We inspect for hidden rot behind the cabinetry. We measure the "hull curvature" to ensure the new cabinets scribe perfectly to the boat's shape.
Shop Fabrication
We build the carcass in our shop using dado joinery and epoxy. All raw edges are sealed to prevent moisture intrusion before they ever touch the boat.
Installation
The cabinetry is "tabbed" into the hull or mechanically fastened. We scribe the trim pieces on-site for a seamless fit against the liner.
The Finish
We apply 5-10 coats of high-gloss or satin marine varnish (Epifanes/Awlwood) to protect the wood and create that deep, mirror-like depth.
Materials We Use.

Common Questions
Can you match my old wood?
Yes. We source veneers to match the specific grain of older boats (like the warm, golden teak found in 1980s Taiwanese trawlers).
Varnish or Oil?
We recommend Varnish for high-traffic areas (Galley/Tables) as it builds a hard shell. We use Oil for interiors where you want a natural, matte feel.
