What a marina service partner does

• One contact for tenant service requests: the dock office refers boat owners to us, and we handle each request with the owner directly.
• Boat repair at the slip: engines, electrical systems, batteries and charging, bilge pumps, fuel and cooling systems, steering and controls, done where the boat is moored when the job allows.
• Scheduled care for tenants: owners who want regular checkups can join one of our boat care plans, and boats that sit for weeks can have a Monthly Captain's Check.
• The marina's own boats: service for the marina's or club's own work boats, tenders and launches, on a schedule agreed with you.

Working under your marina's rules

Every marina has its own rules for outside contractors. Before the first visit we go through yours: contractor check-in, work hours, where service vehicles may park, what paperwork the office needs from contractors, and the rules for work that creates dust, fumes or waste. Used fluids and old parts leave the dock with us, and jobs that need the boat out of the water go to a boatyard or to our San Pedro shop.

Estimates and approvals for tenants

Each boat owner gets a written estimate for their own boat and approves the work before it starts; nothing is done without the owner's OK. After the job the owner gets an invoice and a note of what was done, so the dock office does not have to chase updates.
