Mobile Fuel Pump Out & Disposal Service
Bad Gas?
Don't Run It.
Attempting to burn stale or contaminated fuel is the fastest way to destroy your injectors and engine. We provide mobile, explosion-proof pump-out services to remove the hazard and safely dispose of the waste.
Phase Separation
Modern ethanol fuel absorbs water from the air. Over time, it separates into layers: gas on top, and a corrosive water/ethanol sludge on the bottom that will seize your engine instantly.
Explosion Proof
Pumping gasoline is dangerous due to static electricity and fumes. We use specialized, pneumatic (air-driven) double-diaphragm pumps and extensive grounding protocols to ensure safety.
Legal Disposal
You can't just dump 50 gallons of gas. We are a registered hazardous waste handler. We pump it out, drum it, and transport it to a certified recycling facility, providing you with a manifest.
Extraction Protocol.
Safety first, every time.
Site Prep
We secure the dock area, deploying spill containment booms and attaching static grounding cables to your vessel's fuel fill ground.
Access & Draw
We insert a flexible suction wand through the fuel sender port (for maximum removal) or the filler neck, reaching the very bottom of the tank.
Visual Check
We pump through a clear sight glass. You will physically see the transition from water/sludge to clear fuel (or confirm the entire tank is bad).
Haul Away
The waste is sealed in UN-rated drums on our truck. We issue you a receipt and handle the transport to the disposal facility.
See What We Remove.
This sludge would have ruined your injectors.
Capabilities.
We handle both Gasoline and Diesel vessels.
Common Questions
Can you "polish" and save my gas?
**No.** Once gasoline has phase-separated (ethanol bond broken), it cannot be chemically restored. It must be removed and disposed of. Diesel, however, can often be polished and saved.
How do you get to the bottom?
We prefer to remove the fuel sender unit. This gives us a 2-inch opening directly into the tank, allowing us to vacuum the tank floor completely dry of water and debris.
