Fuel Restoration

Don't Dump It.
Polish It.

Bad fuel doesn't always need to be thrown away. We use industrial-grade mobile filtration rigs to cycle your tank, removing water, microbial growth, and particulate matter down to 2 microns—restoring your fuel to refinery standards.

Water Extraction

Water is the enemy. It settles at the bottom of your tank, causing rust and phase separation. Our high-flow separators extract free and emulsified water that your standard boat filter can't handle.

Diesel "Algae" Removal

Diesel fuels grow microbes (sludge) at the water interface. This black goo clogs filters instantly. We use biocides and aggressive filtration to scrub this biomass out of your tank permanently.

Closed-Loop Cycle

We don't just drain the tank. We set up a "Kidney Loop." We pull dirty fuel out, run it through our multi-stage filters, and return clean fuel back into the tank under pressure to stir up and clean the bottom.

The Filtration Process.

Refinery quality on-site.

01

Tank Access

We access the fuel via the sending unit or inspection port. We insert a suction wand to the very bottom (the "dead zone") where the worst contaminants live.

02

Phase 1: Water Separation

The fuel hits a cyclonic centrifuge. This spins the heavy water and large solids out of the fuel instantly, trapping them in a clear bowl for removal.

03

Phase 2: Fine Filtration

The fuel passes through a series of filters, starting at 30 microns and stepping down to 10 and finally 2 microns, catching invisible particulate.

04

Fuel Return

The polished fuel is blasted back into the tank. This turbulence knocks sludge off the tank walls, which is then sucked up and filtered out in the next pass.

Common Questions

Can you save "Phase Separated" gas?

If the ethanol has fully separated, we must pump out the water/ethanol layer from the bottom. The remaining gasoline can often be saved and treated with octane boosters.

Do I lose all my fuel?

No! That's the benefit. You usually lose less than 5-10% of the volume (the waste). The good fuel is returned to the tank, saving you hundreds of dollars.
