The Polishing Process

We bring our industrial, high-flow filtration carts directly to your boat.

• High-Velocity Circulation: We insert a wand into the bottom of your tank and cycle the fuel through our multi-stage filters at high speed. This turbulence scours the tank walls and lifts heavy sludge from the bottom.
• Water Separation: Our coalescing filters separate free water and emulsified water from the fuel, dumping it into a waste container.
• Sub-Micron Filtration: We filter out particulate matter down to 2 microns—cleaner than the fuel you buy at the pump.
• Additive Treatment: After polishing, we treat the tank with heavy-duty biocides and stabilizers to prevent future growth.
