Fuel Water Separator Installation
Pure Power.
Zero Water.
Modern marine engines demand pristine fuel. We install high-capacity Racor and premium fuel-water separators to protect your injectors from ethanol phase separation, algae sludge, and catastrophic water damage.
Micron Filtration
We match the exact micron rating (2, 10, or 30-micron) required by your engine manufacturer. This stops microscopic rust and debris before it can clog your high-pressure fuel injectors.
Clear Sight Bowls
Instantly visualize the health of your fuel. Integrated Aquabloc technology drops water to the bottom of the clear bowl, allowing you to easily drain off phase-separated water with a simple petcock valve.
Gas & Diesel Engineering
Whether battling ethanol issues in gas outboards or black algae in diesel inboards, we engineer the correct flow-rate solution with marine-grade USCG-approved components.
The Installation Process.
Engineered for reliability.
Flow Rate Calculation
We calculate the GPH (Gallons Per Hour) of your specific engine. Installing an undersized separator will starve your fuel pump at wide-open throttle, causing severe damage.
Strategic Mounting
The manifold is bolted in an accessible, low-vibration location away from exhaust heat. We ensure there is ample clearance below the bowl so filter spin-offs are effortless while out at sea.
Marine Plumbing
We exclusively use USCG Type A1-15 fire-rated fuel hoses and stainless steel or brass NPT fittings. We never use standard automotive or hardware store plumbing on your vessel.
Priming & Vacuum Test
After assembly, the entire system is manually primed to eliminate air locks. We vacuum test the connections to ensure a perfect, leak-free draw from the tank to the engine.

Common Questions
Why do I need this if my engine already has a filter?
The small engine-mounted filter is your last line of defense. A primary bulk separator removes 99% of the water and heavy sludge from the tank before it reaches the engine, preventing your expensive internal filter from clogging instantly.
How often should I drain the bowl?
You should inspect it visually before every trip. If you see a distinct layer of water sitting below the tinted fuel in the clear bowl, simply place a cup underneath, open the petcock valve, and drain the water out.
