Custom Acrylic Fabrication
We don't just patch holes. We measure your dash and CNC-cut a new "High Gloss Black" or Carbon Fiber acrylic panel that covers old mounting holes and provides a sleek, flush surface for new electronics.
The "Ring Light" Switch
Replace those flimsy plastic toggles with IP67-rated Stainless Steel Push-Buttons (Bocatech style). Featuring LED ring illumination, they look incredible and withstand the marine environment.
Wiring Triage
Behind every ugly dash is a "rat's nest" of dangerous wiring. We strip it back, label every circuit, install proper bus bars, and ensure your fuse protection is up to ABYC standards.

Template & Design
We remove your old gauges and electronics, then create a precise template of your helm area to account for curvature and mounting points.
Fabrication
We transfer the design to CAD and laser-cut or CNC-route the new panel from marine-grade acrylic or Starboard, drilling precise holes for your new switches.
Pre-Wiring
We "bench build" the switch panel, creating a clean wiring harness with heat-shrink terminals before bringing it to the boat.
Install & Test
We mount the panel, connect the harness to your boat's DC distribution, and test every pump, light, and blower for function.

Common Questions
Can you fit new electronics?
Yes. This is the perfect time to upgrade from old analog gauges to a new touchscreen Chartplotter. We cut the panel specifically to flush-mount your new MFD.
How long does it take?
Fabrication typically takes 3-5 days. Installation and rewiring on the boat usually take 1-2 days depending on the complexity of the existing wiring.
