Common Questions
Why is my camera foggy at night?
This is usually "IR Reflection." Spider webs or dirt on the lens reflect the camera's own infrared light back into the lens, causing a white fog. Cleaning fixes this immediately.
Can you unlock a system if I lost the password?
Yes. We have dealer tools and direct manufacturer support to reset passwords for Hikvision, Dahua, and most major brands without wiping your data.
